Can you help Airbnb and short-term rental owners?
Yes — with some parts of it. We can coordinate cleaners, check supply levels, document turnover issues with photos, meet vendors on-site, and provide photo updates after a check-in. These are the property-side tasks that are hard to manage remotely.
What we don't do: we don't manage your listing, handle guest communications, process bookings, set pricing, or respond to guest issues during a stay. If you need full short-term rental management — someone to run the whole operation — we can point you toward a local property management company that handles that. We focus on the property itself, not the guests.
Do you guarantee pipes will not freeze?
No. Checks are visual and limited to accessible areas at the time of the visit. If something looks wrong, we notify the owner and help coordinate the next step.
What happens if you find a problem?
We send notes and photos. If requested, we can help contact or meet a local vendor, subject to availability and owner approval.
